Sr. Manager – Channel Sales

Job Summary

KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Channel Sales
a. Identify and appoint prospective channel partners in the region, generating business from the existing partner, thereby achieving business targets.
b. Achieve or exceed Sales targets and other key performance measurements.
c. Ensure each segment and project meets the sales targeted from channels.
d. Develop and drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office and team distributed at project sites.
e. Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.
f. Implement a mechanism for evaluation and categorization of channel partners.
g. Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones.
h. Liaison with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners.
i. Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions and planning channel partner events around the same.
j. Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners.
k. Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.
l. Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience.
